Spaceport virtual desktops are provided for legitimate business, productivity, development, training, and general computing use.

All usage must follow Spaceport Consulting’s Terms of Service.

Allowed use #

Common allowed uses include:

  • Business applications.
  • Remote productivity tools.
  • Development and testing.
  • Browser-based work.
  • General desktop access.
  • Approved customer workloads.

Prohibited use #

Do not use Spaceport services for:

  • Illegal activity.
  • Abuse, scanning, or attacks against other systems.
  • Spam, phishing, credential theft, or fraud.
  • Malware, botnets, or unauthorized automation.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Attempts to bypass licensing or security controls.

Blocked applications #

Some applications or behaviors may be blocked to protect platform stability, security, licensing, or network reputation.

If you believe an application was blocked by mistake, open a support ticket with:

  • The application name.
  • What you are trying to do.
  • Any error message shown.
  • Your virtual desktop name.
