Reply, Close, Or Reopen A Support Ticket

Open Support to view your existing tickets.

To reply:

  1. Select Open next to the ticket.
  2. Enter your reply.
  3. Select Save.

Ticket statuses may include:

  • Waiting on Support: Spaceport Consulting needs to respond.
  • Waiting Customer: Support has replied and is waiting for you.
  • Resolved: The issue has been handled.
  • Cancelled: The ticket was cancelled and is read-only.

Closed tickets can be reopened if the issue returns. You will be asked to enter a reason for reopening.
