Canceling service stops future renewal for a virtual desktop.

Cancellation does not always remove access immediately. In most cases, your virtual desktop remains available through the paid-through date.

Cancel renewal #

When you cancel renewal:

• Future billing is stopped.
• The service remains available until the paid-through date.
• The console may show a renewal-ending or cancelled status.
• Start, stop, reboot, and connection actions may remain available while service is still paid through.

Paid-through date #

The paid-through date is the date your current paid service period ends.

You can continue using the virtual desktop until that date unless the service is deleted immediately or support has advised otherwise.

After the paid-through date #

After the paid-through date:

• Access may be disabled.
• The system may be scheduled for removal.
• The virtual desktop may no longer be recoverable.

Back up anything important before the paid-through date.

Refunds and credits #

Refunds and credits are handled by Spaceport Consulting support.

Canceling renewal does not automatically issue a refund or credit.
