When your virtual desktop is ready, connection details appear in the Virtual Desktops page.

For Windows desktops:

1. Open Virtual Desktops.
2. Select Download RDP.
3. Open the downloaded file.
4. Use the username and password shown in the portal.

For Linux desktops:

1. Open Virtual Desktops.
2. Select SSH.
3. Follow the downloaded SSH instructions.
4. Use the username and password shown in the portal.

If the connection button is disabled, the system may still be provisioning or access may not be ready yet.
