Troubleshooting Payment Or Deployment Issues

If payment completed but the desktop does not appear right away, give the system a minute to refresh.

Try these steps:

  1. OpenĀ Virtual Desktops.
  2. Wait one minute.
  3. Refresh the page.
  4. Check whether the desktop appears as provisioning.
  5. If it does not appear, open a support ticket.

Include any payment or checkout message shown in the portal.

Do not create multiple duplicate checkouts unless support asks you to.
