If payment completed but the desktop does not appear right away, give the system a minute to refresh.
Try these steps:
- OpenĀ Virtual Desktops.
- Wait one minute.
- Refresh the page.
- Check whether the desktop appears as provisioning.
- If it does not appear, open a support ticket.
Include any payment or checkout message shown in the portal.
Do not create multiple duplicate checkouts unless support asks you to.
