Use Cancel Service to stop future renewals.
When you cancel renewal:
- Your service remains available through the paid-through date.
- Future automatic renewals stop.
- The desktop may show a renewal-ending status.
- Refunds or credits are handled by support.
To cancel:
- Open Virtual Desktops.
- Find the service.
- Select Cancel Service.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation is permanent. If you need help after cancelling, open a support ticket.
