Open Support to view your existing tickets.

To reply:
- Select Open next to the ticket.
- Enter your reply.
- Select Save.
Ticket statuses may include:
- Waiting on Support: Spaceport Consulting needs to respond.
- Waiting Customer: Support has replied and is waiting for you.
- Resolved: The issue has been handled.
- Cancelled: The ticket was cancelled and is read-only.
Closed tickets can be reopened if the issue returns. You will be asked to enter a reason for reopening.
