Hardware may vary by host, but systems are provisioned from published catalog plans with defined CPU, memory, storage, and operating system options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a specific performance profile, open a support ticket before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How many remote sessions can I have open?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each virtual desktop is intended for one primary user session unless your plan or support agreement says otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Windows virtual desktops are subject to Microsoft licensing and operating system limits. They do not change your billing or renewal status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does Redeploy do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Redeploy replaces the existing virtual desktop with a fresh system using the same service record and paid-through date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use Redeploy if the operating system is damaged or you want to rebuild the desktop from the approved template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redeploy may remove data stored inside the existing virtual desktop. Open a support ticket from the <strong>Support Tickets<\/strong> page and request a password reset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For newly deployed systems, credentials are generated during provisioning and displayed when the system is ready. For migrated systems, the original password may not be available in the console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I connect to my virtual desktop?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <strong>Virtual Desktops<\/strong> and select the connection option for your system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Windows systems use RDP.
