When to open a password or access ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open a ticket if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Your virtual desktop password does not work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The RDP or SSH connection fails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The connection button is disabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Credentials are missing or unavailable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Your migrated system does not show a known password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You need Spaceport support to reset access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    How to open the ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Sign in to the Virtual Desktop Console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Open Support Tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select New Ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Choose the System or General category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select the related virtual desktop if available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Enter a clear subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Describe the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Save the ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      What to include<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • The virtual desktop name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Whether you are using RDP or SSH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The error message you see.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Whether the system is Ready, Stopped, or Provisioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any recent changes, such as redeploy, reboot, or billing update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Migrated systems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        For migrated systems, the original guest password may not be available in the console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
