  • Development and testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Browser-based work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • General desktop access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Approved customer workloads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Prohibited use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Do not use Spaceport services for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Illegal activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Abuse, scanning, or attacks against other systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Spam, phishing, credential theft, or fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Malware, botnets, or unauthorized automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Copyright infringement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attempts to bypass licensing or security controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Blocked applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Some applications or behaviors may be blocked to protect platform stability, security, licensing, or network reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you believe an application was blocked by mistake, open a support ticket with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The application name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • What you are trying to do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any error message shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Your virtual desktop name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
