Instead of downloading an RDP file, Linux systems provide SSH connection details from the Virtual Desktop Console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to find SSH access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sign in to the Virtual Desktop Console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open Virtual Desktops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find your Linux virtual desktop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the SSH option or download the SSH connection details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Use the provided endpoint, username, and password when prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Using SSH on Windows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Windows 10 and Windows 11 include an SSH client in most installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Open Windows Terminal, Command Prompt, or PowerShell and enter the SSH command shown in the downloaded connection details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • You are using the latest SSH connection details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Your network allows outbound SSH access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
