In most cases, your virtual desktop remains available through the paid-through date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancel renewal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you cancel renewal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Future billing is stopped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service remains available until the paid-through date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The console may show a renewal-ending or cancelled status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start, stop, reboot, and connection actions may remain available while service is still paid through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paid-through date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The paid-through date is the date your current paid service period ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can continue using the virtual desktop until that date unless the service is deleted immediately or support has advised otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After the paid-through date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After the paid-through date:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access may be disabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system may be scheduled for removal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The virtual desktop may no longer be recoverable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Back up anything important before the paid-through date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds and credits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds and credits are handled by Spaceport Consulting support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Canceling renewal does not automatically issue a refund or credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open a support ticket if you believe a billing correction is needed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Canceling service stops future renewal for a virtual desktop.
