Spaceport Consulting offers Virtual Private Desktops (VPD) with unique IDs in the format (34xx)<\/strong>. If you purchased through our website<\/strong>, you\u2019ll have a 5-digit alphanumeric<\/strong> order number (e.g., \u201cAB123\u201d), and if you purchased via eBay<\/strong>, you can use the 5-digit alphanumeric<\/strong> order number<\/strong> provided in the welcome message. This guide explains how to look up the current status or expiration date of your VPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Access the \u201cCheck System Expiration\u201d Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit<\/strong> https:\/\/www.spaceportconsulting.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Hover<\/strong> over the \u201cServices\u201d<\/strong> menu at the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click<\/strong> \u201cCheck System Expiration\u201d<\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    On the Check System Expiration<\/strong> page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. VPD ID<\/strong>: Enter your VPD ID<\/strong> in the form 34xx<\/strong> (for example, 3457 or 3432).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Order Number<\/strong>: Enter the 5-digit alpha-numeric<\/strong> code from your website purchase (e.g., \u201cAB123\u201d) or<\/strong> the eBay order number<\/strong> you received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
